Happy Wednesday Readers!

TodayI'm super excited to share with you the first chapter in my YA dystopian, Famished. It releases Tuesday, July 26,2011! So excited!

Secondly I'm excited to announce the Famished Book Giveaway! YAY! The contest begins today and here's how it works. I'm giving away one ebook copy and one paperback. In order to be entered in the giveaway this is what you have to do.

1. Add Famished on Goodreads.

2. Follow this blog.

3. Follow me on twitter @novelistlauren.

4. In the comment section, list your favorite dystopian book and tell me why you loved it.

The contest ends on Monday July 25,2011.

    Cannot wait till next week...FAMISHED sounds so amazing (and that cover ROCKS!) And I'm w/Trisha--of course I've done all of the above. =)

    My favorite Dystopian HAS to be The Hunger Games as well...that series is awesomely good!

    I love the Hunger Games so far because that is something that I can relate to when our society acts the way it does sometimes.

    I have not read any dystopian novels lately. Probably the last one was a classic, Fahrenheit 451. I think that book was probably pretty original for its time. I haven't yet read the more popular dystopian novels, like The Hunger Games...although that is definitely on my TBR list!
