Some Major News To Share!

Hi Readers!!!

So I feel like it's been forever and a day since I've written a post, but things have been a lil insane on my end and I'm so excited to be getting back to blogging.

First things first...

I have some exciting news! Some of my books have been picked up by a publisher. Curiosity Quills Press will be releasing, Infect Me, Yelling Out Loud(A Whisper To A Scream 2.), and No Rest For The Wicked.

They will also be re-releasing Asphodel. So I'll be taking the version that's currently up down in the next week. If you read the old version and didn't like it you might like the new one because there is going to be some rewriting done.

In the next couple weeks I will also be taking Famished down and rewriting that one as well. It will be put back up some time in May when the sequel Wasted will be released.

The point of taking down Famished is...well, that was the first book I'd written before I really, really found myself as a writer. I know there are ways I can make it better and would like to be able to do so.

Honestly, I think every writer has to write several books before they really know who they are. Before they really find their voice and I'm happy that I finally found mine(Even though it took me about five books to find it,lol.)

On another note, I have two more romance novels I'm going to be releasing on my own in the next two months. 12 Rounds is my first adult romance and I'm super excited about that! The next one is called Straightjacket. You know me, I like to walk on the dark side, lol.

The Great Asphodel Cover Reveal!!

So I have something super exciting to share with you today! The cover reveal of Asphodel, the first book in the Underworld Trilogy.

The designers are Jeremy & Jeff West... They are seriously geniuses! <3 YAY!

Persephone - There’s an awkward moment of silence. I hug my knees tighter as my legs start trembling. Tears swell in my eyes and I swallow hard, exhaling, rolling my head back, doing everything I can to keep my tears from spilling. Across the Styx? If I cross the Styx I know I can kiss the sunshine goodbye, I can forget the smell of wildflowers, I can forget the earth in its beauty and the living things that inhabited it. Hades - The boy rose from his seat, trying desperately to lock his trembling knees in place. Demeter - Demeter had even tried using transformation magic to shield her appearance and her child’s from death himself, but not even some of her powers were of any use because he was that much more powerful. One time, on a off year Hades had visited Demeter while her child was at school. She had been at the kitchen sink, washing dishes and she didn’t even need to look up to know he was behind her. The moment he entered the room a slight chill whipped through the lavender curtains right above the kitchen sink. Demeter tensed up, gripping onto the tan ceramic plate in her left hand and let go of the dish sponge. “What do you want, Hades?”

He crept closer to her, the sound of his footsteps pounded into the hardwood floor. “I think you know what I want, Demeter,” he stated calmly. “I think you’ve always known what I want.”

Yay!

Today is the release day of my steamy YA/romance novella, He Loves Me...He Loves You Not.

This was one of the most emotional books that I think I've ever written. And as most of you can see from the summary, it's about a love triangle. And it's told from the other woman's perspective. I don't know about everyone else, but I like to pick boundary-pushing subjects to write about. What can I say? I like to challenge myself. After He Loves Me...He Loves You Not I have one more novel releasing in 2011 and it drops December 20,2011. Asphodel is the first in a trilogy called The Underworld Trilogy. Also I have a huge line up for 2012.

First up at the end of Feb will be Remember Me My Love... another YA/Romance but, this one is actually based on a true story.
