It's a Holly Jolly Christmas..

(My sister sent me this yesterday.. It said Merry Christmas.. Doesn't she look festive in her casts?)

Ahh, Christmas, tis the season of cheer and the season of giving.. For me, the Christmas season is my favorite time of the year. A time where you can unwind, spend some much needed time with your family, and curl up next to the fire with a good book.

At some point, I plan on shying away from technology and drowning myself in literary land. I have about 30 books on my TBR list that need some attention. So what I really want to know is what books you plan on reading this holiday season, if any at all.

Also, if you missed yesterday's post head on over to book buzzr and you can read the first five pages of Love Sucks or bid on the ebook. I'm giving away three copies!

It's cute, but ...what happened to her? Poor thing. My TBR list is out of control too, I don't know what I will get my hands on. I won Matched in a contest, so that one will be read soon.

Have a great holiday and I hope your sister gets well soon!!

OMG!!!!!---What happened to her?!?!?!? Whatever it is, I'm glad she's taking it so well!!!

  1. I admire her positive attitude (and Christmas spirit)!
I'm currently reading The Iron King, which I like okay, and just got done reading The Eternal Ones, which I LOVED! Next up is Paranormalcy.

She had a snowboarding accident guys :( I think she's going to shy away from the winter sports for a while...

Wow, your sister looks really positive despite her two casts! Good for her. I love positive people. I'm actually reading older books right now. I tend to find authors I like and then go back and read everything they've ever written. My TBR list keeps growing instead of shrinking though!
