Phillipa Gregory

Tuesday, June 8, 2010
So last year, when I was in Cali for a a meeting with my screenwriting partner, I was staying with my aunt and she had these stcacks of Phillipa Gregory books. (The Other Boleyn Girl, The Constant Princess, etc) Anyway, I picked up The Other Boleyn Girl and had finished that book within three days. So after I finished TOBG, I began reading The Boleyn Inheritance. The Boleyn Inheritance is highly entertaining, and well written. It follows the lives of three women in Tudor England, Jane Boleyn , Katherine Howard, and Anne of Cleves. Now, each of these women is directly connected to the one and only Henry VIII. The king killed Jane's husband and sister-in-law, Anne of Cleves is the new Queen, and Katherine Howard a new mistress. Pick this up. It's an interesting read.
